Excellent stay overall. Legendary place, lovely beds, super staff. Cosy and absolutely perfect room, gorgeous breakfast. The main bar was exquisite and the drinks were cold.

The bathroom was too small.

Polite staff as well as fab food. I had the single room which was decent and adequate. The staff did all they can for an ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING stay. Very scenic location to Pavey Ark. Really enjoyed the cheap restaurant. Pretty much what I expected: extraordinary hotel, reasonably priced.

Privileged location, first-class facilities, enthusiastic staff. The beach was lovely. Great view, a great balcony, large bed, too. The gardens were well-maintained here. Besides, I parked on site.

It's relaxing base for visiting some must see attractions in Great Langdale. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Private bathroom with all essentials. Recommend this accommodation.

Tourist destinations like langdale pikes were not far from the hotel. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Sticklebarn that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose old dungeon ghyll...
